Three fried eggs covered with Ranchero sauce with your choice of corn or flour tortillas.

Three scrambled eggs cooked with chopped Pico de Gallo and served him with your choice of corn or flour tortillas.

Huevos con Chirizo
Three scrambled eggs cooked with Chorizo (Mexican sausage) and served with your choice of corn or flour tortillas.

Tacos
Two Tacos stuffed with your choice of Ground Beef, Chicken, Beans or Guacamole; topped with lettuce, chopped Pico de Gallo and grated Mexican Añejo cheese.

Enchiladas: Suizas, Norteñans or Mole
Two soft tortillas dipped in your choice of sauce from the above three dishes... stuffed with your choice of Beef, Chicken or Cheese and topped with melted Chihuahua cheese and a dash of sour cream.
